                     Refund policy

We have a 30-days return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unwashed and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Delivery Charges will be Apply Except Damages or any other issues From THE BEST.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Delivery Charges will be Apply.


Refunds

We will happily accept any unused, unwashed item with original tags within 30 Days of purchase for a refund.

No refund on Wholesale, Except Damages or any other issues From The Best.

Please return parcels with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.

Customer needs to return the parcels via traceable delivery service on his own expense to our address.

Delivery Charges will not be refunded.

Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the return products.

You may request for cancellation of your order at any time before the order is processed. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email followed by an SMS, with a tracking number so that you can track your order.

Once a product has shipped, the 'Return and Exchange Policy' will apply.
